We are seeking to recruit an Ad-Operations Manager for our Sofia office. The right candidate will get the opportunity to work across Thinkdigital’s portfolio of local and International partners such as Facebook, Microsoft Advertising and Mediamind. 

Main Responsibilities:
- Programming & Campaign management of ad campaigns across Internet, Video and Mobile Platforms
- Optimisation activities across delivery & performance metrics
- Quality Assurance and troubleshooting across ad formats such as rich media and video
- Account Management and reporting
- Assist Sales Team in meeting and exceeding sales goals through campaign strategy and optimization

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Web Development or any other related field
- 2+ years experience in working with internet technologies and languages (PHP, ASP, JSP, HTML, JS, XML, DHTML, CSS, XSLT, XHTML) and WEB applications development
- Knowledge of Flash and AS2/3 programming
- Experience with ad serving software and/or Search Engine Marketing is a strong plus
- Experience working with Microsoft Office 
- Excellent knowledge of English
